i fall asleep randomly during the day, and wake up at least 6 times every night.

i have ringing in my ears, that will randomly turn itself on and off

i keep having scary recurring dreams about the accident and about my mom attmepting to sacrifice my brother.

i haven't been to school since monday.

i'm pretty much ready to stab myself with a cactus.
